Lovely spot near the main street in El Calafate. Our standard double room was spacious, super clean, and had a comfy bed with a private bathroom. Breakfast had tons of options with freshly baked pastries. They offered packed lunches for day trips, which were great value. The staff was warm and helpful. There’s a solid massage service available.

The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were always available to assist. The breakfast spread was impressive, with many choices to fuel our day. The packed lunch service for excursions was well-organized and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed a cozy environment reminiscent of a classic mountain lodge.
Some amenities felt a bit dated, like the fitness equipment, which could use an upgrade.

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel! The staff was incredibly warm and made breakfast early for our tours, which was super convenient. The clean rooms felt like home, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountains from our window.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored stunning glaciers and took a boat tour. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the main street. The breakfast had tons of options, and we loved the packed lunch service for our day trips. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better!
One downside was the early checkout at 10 am. it felt rushed before our flight. It would be nice if they extended that, especially for travelers heading to Buenos Aires.
